another blogmad inspired post, at least in part...
you really oughta check it out...
sometimes life just doesn't work out quite the way you want it to... and sometimes so many things don't work out the way you want them to at once that it seems like nothing is going right and everything is working against you... of course that's an exaggeration, but it doesn't feel like an exaggeration, does it?...
well...
a lot of things are challenging my energy these days... profound challenges, but it's not time for the frustrations, it is time for the celebrations... still, we begin this entry by pondering just one simple miscue - that had three entries all set to upload today and I left them at work...
but don't let me get me...
so the babbler falls one more day behind the ticking clock which is not actually in the crock as a certain Captain was lead to believe (that was the crock's heart beating all along), it is in the sun and moon and stars and movement of everything in this universe as we know it... time is the nature of existence as we can see it...
as for slowing time by approaching the speed of light, well, what does passing the speed of light do then?... or going traveling ten times the speed of light... or a hundred... go back in time?... accelerate time?... or just move from one place to another really suddenly and then, exist in time just as you always did...
whatever the theory, it's all about appearances, illusions, and we can ponder forever the nature of everything and try to take everything apart to figure out how it works (like most kids will do) or we can relax and enjoy it...
enjoy existence, enjoy being, enjoy the experience of being here...
and be reborn each time you open your eyes...

we're gonna have a good time
and what if you celebrated your life every day as if it was your birthday?... what if you gave yourself the chance to experience life with your eyes wide open - without the fears and insecurities you've learned over the years?... what if you took yourself back to the time when you were more excited about finding out what life was about than you were afraid something might go wrong?... what if you remember how it felt to believe in magic and miracles and the ideal that love conquers all?... what if you let yourself feel your hormones race through your body and bring euphoria to your mind again?...
what if the excitement was back and strong enough to wake you up inside...
it's your energy... turn it back on, dammit!...
seriously, stop being old fuddy duddies... stop acting mature (and if you're not acting, then darn well save yourself before it's too late {and it's never really too late no matter what you think or who told you} to overcome the fear or laziness or apathy or complacency or whatever negative force is compressing, suppressing, and repressing your life at the moment...
of course that would be swimming upstream, going against the grain, bucking the system, being a rebel, all that sort of jazz... and most people, that would be peer pressure, cultural bias, societal norms and all that sort of rot, will be firmly against you telling you to tone it down, pull in your reigns, and the old faithful act your age...
then it is all an act after all!...
of course, you knew it all along... even as you fool yourself by telling yourself you have responsibilities... you must act mature... don't embarrass yourself or your friends or your family... and what would the neighbors say?...
conform!...
even if conforming is a slow dreary numb death!...
yes, you are noticing exclamation points... this is serious business, after all, this feeble attempt at reversing the suicidal madness that has gripped humanity by the throat and torn the spirit right out of it, replacing it with some faux-holiness that is designed to repress, suppress, and oppress every wonderful feeling you might have as if it was some sort of evil sin...
so every little child who hasn't learned your fears is evil?...
oh there I go falling into the trap of debating the semantics of the lies, which gives them a false sense of validity and empowers the fear that they teach and perpetuate... and whether you gleefully bless me or scornfully curse me or laugh at the supposed folly of your ways (or from your perspective, my wayward straying from the flock), I flatulate profusely in your personal space (but if you're good, I'll merely fart in your general direction)...
I mean, if it's your birthday as you say, after all...

but that's the point, isn't it?... we learn to say oh, I'm sorry or excuse me any time we show a little excitement... any time we appear too happy... excuse me?... fuck excuse me, tell them to shove their self-damned repressive cultural taboos and rules up their high falootin' asses... and if they take offense, laugh at their feeble attempt to repress you further with that holier than thou tactic... tell them their stuffy fear of showing emotion and enjoying life and their attempts to repress everyone around them offends you...
and if they don't like it, ignore them and get back to enjoying your life... it's your party... every day... celebrate your life... your wisdom to put love ahead of fear... your courage to put truth ahead of their lies... your freedom to put your passion ahead of their control-freaky repression games... your true living spirit ahead of their dead promissory notes...
live the blessing that is your life and live it well... live it beautifully... live it with love, true love, unconditional love... and trust yourself to feel what is right... and trust yourself to fix any mistake you might make so you don't have to be afraid to take a chance...
it's your birthday, remember?... you were born - celebrate your birth every day you are alive... every blessed day you can breath in the air of excitement that is living with all it's potential for amazing experiences... it's your time to party all the time... come on, get up and dance...

so I really didn't have an entry for today and I was all bummed that I am falling further behind and have so much bottle up inside because there never seems to be time and I've got so much sadness in this world around me and want to show my respects for the sadness so many carry around and I will, I will not challenge everyone like this all the time... I will respect mourning and sadness in it's time...
