I am not sure just how you will read this, but feel very sorry for anyone who's gotten over their oral fixation...

now, about the food...

eggplant rolatini pizza is my new favorite pizza now that I found it on the menu and my new favorite restaurant (and I haven't even been on the premises yet... I mean, imagine falling in love before entry, what will the neighbors think?)... and the fact that they deliver and the delivery person and the telephone person are both friendly and respectful and get the order right is a bonus I cheer...

the veal parmesean was good too... though everything was slightly on the over-cooked side, I forgive them as that's the first time they went a little too far with the heat of the moment and our relationship is too new to want to go and sour it with thoughts that their usual standards that I accepted the past few times I ordered from them are not their usual standards...

and now I have food for later and for tomorrow...

see, these blogathon things take advanced planning for optimal results and since I did not play for wonderfully exciting and informative entries (luckily, my usual dear readers seem to like my babbling madness and some even call it a style... imagine, me with a style... I'm all a quiver), but it was not too late to order up the menu for the next two days...

have credit card, will eat well...

that's the great thing about this country... in spite of the buffoons that pay their way into elected office and take our money to invest in world domination so they can make unbelievable private profits for their families and friends, in spite of all the elected officials who carefully look the other way in order to keep their dream of power and doing the same thing alive and well (or just to keep their job), in spite of the abuses and atrocities carried out and supported with our money by these selectively sympathetic leaders, we can order in good food from the comfort of our homes and be just like our leaders who should probably consider adding ignorance is bliss to the holy dollar bill right under in God we trust just to point out how ignorant we choose to be about the certain law about separation of church and state...

and the fact that I can, in the blatent obscurity of my little diary can suggest such holy abominations to said church and state at the drop of a hat, or a few keystrokes, is further testament to the wonderfulness of this country...

and if my diary or online access or body should suddenly disappear from the face of the Earth, just consider it one more highly-rated episode of unsolved mysteries and ponder alien obductions or my own human error, because it is so much easier to believe I just didn't care to continue spouting off at the fingers than to think someone might have wanted me to stop enough to actually stop me...

I understand Robin Cook, British MP, has died...

and it was not because he was so outspoken about the greed and corruption (and lies, don't forget the lies) behind the ridiculously named war in Iraq... congress declares wars, last time I checked the checks and balances built into out constitution and government...

but then, the word invasion or hostile takeover is just so politically incorrect these days, so much more proper to call it a war...

we can sleep better at nights this way...

obviously the food has awakened my brain a bit... I did not mean to turn into a soapboxing critic of our find leaders or the decisions they make that keeps fear and blood pressure at stroke-inducing levels in our world, but then, I didn't plan to be blogathoning today either...

the best laid plans, or unplans, and all...
