more random internet tests

wait, this is part two... part one is here...

and it's probably more than enough for two entries if I ever really get to think about it (heck, some of these tests are entries all by themselves as they touch on subjects dear to the heart of the babbler) it'll easily be three entries even here where babble is welcome and encouraged and nurtured and continues no matter what (even when you dear commenters are gone fishing or on vacation or out to lunch or simply have nothing to say {left speechless, aye? you oughta know I'll tease you about that by now} I know, I simply write too much to keep up with cuz you've got full lives and you know this is no guilt trip, it's just my way of leading up to saying I miss you and you are much appreciated when you do stop by and leave a few words cuz just saying it outright can get boring as often as I say it)

yeah, this is what I did staying up all night while doing the laundry and watching the X-Files... fascinating, isn't it?...

Your Halloween Costume Should Be
Elvis

I could definitely be a Fat Elvis these days I'd have to put on a few pounds to get the belly just right, but the neck is definitely there (first weight gain on this body is face and chin, second is chest and belly I've never reached a third for some reason, probably because I was a distance runner for so many years, my extremities stay thin even when I pile on up to 40 pounds over my ideal weight so I sometimes must appear as a weird looking stick figure with a marshmallow head and body but anyway, yeah, I've done Elvis, hunka hunka and chubba chubba it feels much better to be hunka hunka

of course I might have let the singer lament over how accurate this particular test was, but the apparent accuracy of these tests is sometimes unsettling (and fun) enough without my further analysis of course if the one ever shows up, I'll love to dig in to the roots in the infinite getting to know each other process she'll just be as patient and insatiable as I am and in better physical shape (unless I get back into optimal shape before she gets here) oh, the places we shall go

You Are 28% Sociopath
From time to time, you may be a bit troubled and a bit too charming for your own good. It's likely that you're not a sociopath... just quite smart and a bit out of the mainstream!

of course I am more self-centered and self-focused when exploring these tests because, after all, that is the purpose of these tests to answer and explore the results as honestly as possible in order to further introduce myself for the few who are not tired of this sort of thing, that is and for the new readers who hopefully will stick around long enough to explore more and see that I am not always the center of my attention when I babble after all, I am only 28% sociopath

I actually thought I'd be more of a sociopath because I have my own rules or guidelines for life and usually disregard any other rules or guidelines unless not regarding them might restrict my freedom more than disregarding them does I mean, as I understand, a sociopath is (Webster is no help at all with most psychobable terms) someone who disregards the rules of society, though more commonly (and clinically), a closer definition might include that the disregard causes the person to act in an asocial or antisocial or dangerous manner the difference between a sociopath and a psychopath being the former knows and chooses anti-social or harmful behavior and the latter has lost touch with reality and sometimes is not consciously aware of the choices

but hey, what do I know I'm 28% sociopath, after all I didn't find a psychopath test and actually, by definition, a psychopath would not be able to answer accurately enough to make the results valid that's the way it is with the more severe and restrictive labels, the person getting the label does not understand makes you wonder why we label people, I mean, other than for our own convenience and comfort (or discomfort) very sad to see how many kids under 10 years old already have permanent severe labels stuck to their foreheads but that's another story for another time let's get back to focusing on me, ok?...

The Movie Of Your Life Is A Cult Classic
Quirky, offbeat, and even a little campy - your life appeals to a select few. But if someone's obsessed with you, look out! Your fans are downright freaky.

Your best movie matches: Office Space, Showgirls, The Big Lebowski

like you didn't know I was quirky, offbeat, and campy? personally, I think the films they chose are kinda tame, even lame as an example of this life I've loosely called mine maybe Caddyshack, American Beauty, A Beautiful Mind, Time Enough for Love, The Twilight Zone, The X-Files, Hook, Catch-22, The Fisher King, Mary Poppins, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, What Dreams May Come, Great Expectations, and Tale of Two Cities would come closer I definitely left out many better examples, and a couple may still be in book {and not film} format, but I am not thinking this babbling through too deeply as I do not have time to make each of these tests an entry ultimately few of those reflect the solitary aspect of this journey I've known but hey, I am trying to fill in a bit so maybe you, dear reader, get something more than a generic number and test-result description in case youn actually want to know something more about me than you've known before

the next test was taken a few times because there were several accurate answers to a few of the questions and they changed the result, so while I eliminated other tests that were vague, I included all the results of this one because they are accurate in their own way... still, this is not one I have much to say about because it didn't leave as much of an impression on me as much as some of the others did

Your Dominant Intelligence is Linguistic Intelligence
You are excellent with words and language. You explain yourself well. An elegant speaker, you can converse well with anyone on the fly. You are also good at remembering information and convicing someone of your point of view. A master of creative phrasing and unique words, you enjoy expanding your vocabulary.

You would make a fantastic poet, journalist, writer, teacher, lawyer, politician, or translator.

Your Dominant Intelligence is Interpersonal Intelligence
You shine in your ability to realate to and understand others. Good at seeing others' points of view, you get how people think and feel. You have an uncanny ability to sense true feelings, intentions, and motivations. A natural born leader, you are great at teaching and mediating conflict.

You would make a good counselor, salesperson, politician, or business person.

Your Dominant Intelligence is Musical Intelligence
Every part of your life has a beat, and you're often tapping your fingers or toes. You enjoy sounds of all types, but you also find sound can distract you at the wrong time. You are probably a gifted musician of some sort - even if you haven't realized it. Also a music lover, you tend to appreciate artists of all kinds.

You would make a great musician, disc jockey, singer, or composer.

and so it goes I might have the skills to be a lawyer, politician, sales, and business person, but I don't think I have the temperment or flexibility of ethics (or perhaps it's better called the ability to conform and compromise) required the others I enjoy and feel comfortable doing most recently I've been a counselor and a clinical statistician and clinical information organizer I love what I do, but would love to do some more of the other things on these lists as well, especially jobs that would let me bounce around more as the current job, while I love it dearly, is quite stationary the writing I release here in my written gardens, so that aspect of my interest and brain is satisfied, but I obviously need to integrate more exercise and more music into this life

I wonder what, if anything, you are learning from this exercise in internet test taking (or maybe it is an exercise in futility for you) I am enjoying it as a playful mental exercise and also as a relatively superficial introspection I'd like to think (and hope) I am not the only one enjoying it, but at least it's fun for me and passes the time as I rest and glance up at the TV after a busy work week using the parts of my mind that process clinical statistical information maybe I'm having just too much fun for one person to be having and should nurture the loneliness a bit more, but heck, there'll be time for mostly dead pity parties somewhere down the road and for the moment, with you or without you, I'm having fun

mind if I sing now? J
