well did I fall out yesterday or what?... what?... the good news is I slept for almost ten hours with only one wake up at the four hour mark (my usual sleep cycle) to go potty and then, back to sleep... ten whole hours asleep... amazing... and then I showered, ate spinach and asparagus, and went to work... and now I'm munching on carrots and here we are...

I did slip in some writing... a letter to Toronto (am I crazy?... probably... but that is the way my heart works and I've kinda become attached to it even if I don't always like it, so who am I to stop it)... maybe something profound or creative or meaningful will be inspired along the way... past performance suggests just that (sounds like I am writing a Consumer Reports article, huh?... well, if I take it as an assignment and stay as detached as I am able to possibly get {which is not very detached}, maybe I'll remember that I do survive emotional jungles and storms all the time at work and will not fall helplessly into the abyss... at least not until it's wise... what?... get back here fool, wise doesn't exist in there... but then, what better way to die than at the hands of those you love?)...

hmmmm, I should probably schedule some deep deep thinking, huh?... meanwhile, I never did get back to yesterdays entry and that (the email mentioned in the paragraph above) was why... I just thought you ought to know in case I did something foolish... if I was in better shape I might have fun with this, but it has been a few years and the demand on the energy cells is quite surprising to the bulk of me that is mostly dead in the physical world... I did not motivate myself to head out for a five mile run this morning... instead, I ate carrots... and then a turkey sandwich... it is only part indulgence and giving into stress and seeking oral comfort... I have gone thirty-six hours since my last meal other than some spinach and asparagus yesterday... excuses, I know... well, nobody is sitting here giving me something better to do with my mouth, so whatcha expect?...

meanwhile, back on the web... I shall relate to you a sort of map of my morning walk... some of my usual haunts and watering spots are left out, but even if I ran a thousand miles an hour I couldn't visit very favorite place in a single morning... anyway, for your curiosity (since you are all dying to know what I do when I get home from work before nodding off in the big green chair, get on your most comfortable web walking shoes and here we go... randomly stumbling through my links I find myself at feeling quite at home here (and in her other sites)... a little while later, I see now she's offering massages? (she's such a tease)... and smoog is still on a break, which would be much more fun down here in Orlando, but I already have Canadian problems so maybe I shouldn't push my luck... in further browsing, I see my favorite squirrel is still rambling on for nuts like me (if only everybody had her heart, what a wonderful world this world be)... the29th seems to be waking up, which would be great if I could convince her to write more... and that cute thing is still as alluring as ever in a strange can't touch this kind of way (cuz of her mind, whadidya think?)... sadly, z0tl may have finally run out of steam, but the legacy is still there... of course I am still loving the fact that she is back (muses are precious)... and even though I miss what was, her best of idea is enthralling (good too)... and sometimes I just need a good kick as much as a hug and that's what friends are for, so it's good to know I can always find one here... or here (and with an evil grin I wonder how many more people I can kidnap from other sites)... so go visit gump already... I'm going to be amazed now
