it seems that the googlers are getting repetitive to the point of being monotonous, but then, I may be getting just as repetitious and/or monotonous, so who am I to fault the googlers finding their way behind the candoor... I mean, just cuz so many seem to be looking for sex or sexual pictures and not necessarily legal sexual pictures at that, who am I to judge...

I remember my first arousal... and I didn't have the internet... nope, just some magazines and real life... I remember my own porn frenzy back in the nineties when I first found binary newsgroups and decided that the world wide web was the answer to my adolescent sexual fantasies, at least visually... but after a few years and a few million downloads (hey, I had to explore the infinite possibilities, after all), I tired of the game (collecting nude photos does become a game after a while... I even set up folders for sorting them according to various categories, body parts, positions, acts, even levels of legality and so on...

for a while I considered setting up a porn site and retiring in Bahamas or Tahiti or somewhere far from the rat race... and for a while I considered offering my expertise in the seedy underworld of internet porn to the authorities because a fair percentage of the porn on the web is illegal and evidence of abuse (though tracing was not very good back then... hopefully it's much better now and will continue improving... not that I want big brother to get too many skills, but when a child is hurting...

it's bad enough that the abuses occur, but one of the scariest things about naked children and abusive photos is how prevalent it is... I've even bought used computers at computer fairs and found child porn on the hard drives (and no attempt to erase the files)... and while I hate the idea of internet police or a big brother spy system (not only because I doubt it'll actually stop the abuse even if it stops the sharing of the images, more because of how big brothers can abuse their authority... and while police treat the symptom, which is necessary, I believe in finding cures), but...

freedom and protection require a delicate balance... the trouble is those in power often abuse the power to promote their own personal viewpoints and restrict or remove freedoms they have no right to restrict or remove, but then, everybody thinks they know best what is best for everyone else... the problem is when some people want to enforce what they think is best on everyone else just because they want to (or their god told them to... but I always think of the psycho killers who's god told them to kill when someone tries to enforce the rules they believe in based on some god figure and there's little logic that can justify the removal of human rights based on a specific spiritual belief system unless we disregard freedom and the laws laid out in the US constitution and therein lies the hypocrisy and incongruity of religious politicians)...

ah, the google and other searches always bring me back around to sex, but as Chuck Berry said, there's nothing wrong with sex (you may recall he was singing about his Ding-a-Ling at the time)... and while I believe some sex acts are not right for me and I'll even go as far as suggesting some sex acts would be better kept against the law, like any forced sex acts against another's will, the anarchist in me believes in freedom and as long as the abused has the right to kill their abuser, then I suppose... well, who am I to judge what's right or wrong for anyone but me...

I just think that as long as the abused does not have the right to retaliate in any way necessary to stop the abuse, then any abuse should be illegal or the bullies win... of course the political and religious bullies seem to win because we pretend they are not abusers and some call them protectors, but I see that as the Stockholm syndrome where the hostage loses their identity and starts relating to the kidnapper or abuser as their master...

not to say I've got anything against consensual master slave relationships, but that's another tangent beyond the tangents I've already wandered about here and I was not intending to ramble on about law, morality, religion, politics, and sexual mores of human cultures here or now or anytime or anywhere so soon after the last time...

back to the googlers and other searchers and their attraction to sex and my experiences with online sex and naked photographs and the rest, the cybersex chat rooms never interested me... I guess that's cuz while I can suspend reality any way I want to, imagining someone typing words with one hand and touching themselves with their other hand never held much appeal... there's also the fact that my libido is extremely visually oriented and quite tactile... and the fact that written words have lied to me enough and those lies have hurt enough so that I don't want to be lied to or to base any real world physical experiences on written words...

gee wiz, these googlers and other strangers entries are supposed to be fun, not didactic lectures on the morals and ethics of freedom verses law... after all, there's plenty of healthy sex searches going on and I've got absolutely nothing against anyone sending me naked pictures of themselves... and I am google's #1 source for masturabation information, after all... not that I give two hoots about living up to any reputation (unless I am teasing with puffed up importance and pomp and circumstance, which you may notice I do now and then... you did know I was teasing, dintcha?... I suppose for those of you who actually didn't, that explains a lot about why i am amused and why you are not here)...

so it seems obvious, suddenly returning to the first point, that most people finding their way behind the candoor through a web search are looking for sex, perversion, hell, or god... there's also an abundance of folk looking for information about masturbation (and masterabation, mustarbation, and masterbation), sebaceous (or sebaceous) cysts, a few song lyrics or singers, and certain celebrities, nude or not, which for the life of me I do not quite get...

like why Dirk Nowinski and not other basketball players listed in the Fantasy Basketball entries... or why no football or baseball players... and is Rianna really the most popular singer out there... seems to be based on googlers here... and the song Always Love seems to be the most searched for song I mention on my site and I mention a lot of songs... and just why do so many people search for pervertsrus... I mean, it's a joke, not a chain of stores, ya know?...

do these facts seem odd to you?...

but hey, who are we to judge the search habits of strangers... I am happy to see the little numbers go up and if just one person decides they found whatever it is they are looking for, then great...

even if it's Dirk Nowinski's mom...

yeah, well, ok... this bit of rambling passed a few hours here at work (as I sit here without internet access wondering what in the world is t-s-s-a and whoever do so many people search for it) and for me, this sort of semi-mindless babble is much better than the rants that taking my job too seriously in this child and health care system in this country can produce... I mean, I have been known to subconsciously resort to literary shock therapy...

but not today...

today, as I ponder why meg Ryan or Mila Kunis or Milla Jovovich or Nicole DeBoer or Phoebe Cates or Jeanine Garofalo or Sandra Bullock or any of a number of my favorite visions of beauty have not yet found me by googling themselves (or any of the musical artists I mention a lot, for that matter), I give you the current flock of googlers and other searchers culled from the stats here at DLand on a haphazard, maybe a few times a week, data collection anti-schedule... hey, maybe it's these very lists that are increasing the number of times people get here searching for the words that are on these lists... the chicken or the egg question, I suppose... in any case, here's googling at ya:
