who wants more contact?... well, I do, but it is one of those things that I accept as a can't... I can't do it by myself... so if you want more contact, well, we could do it together... but first I have a bit of complaining to do, just to weed out the riff raff and assorted dolts, you know (ah, sweet irreverence, can thy name be love... or at least the shield that attracts the few who will see through it and repels the many who will view it as it is)...

time is running out on the day and I didn't get to the gym and haven't even been here to ramble on yet... there really is not enough time in the day... I still have to eat (cook too) and shower... and I didn't do laundry this weekend... and I didn't get to any boxes that still await unpacking... and I didn't get to any of the bills (how many weeks have I mentioned those?... I am bringing them to work tonight and going to calculate as much as I can with the bills I found and bring along... good idea)...

ah, but I did have a wonderful conversation while walking six miles (now if I can only figure out how to run six miles and still be able to talk on the phone, I'd be even more pleased... I think the biggest obstacle, even if the heavy breathing could be overcome, would be keeping the phone dry... I drip a lot while working out... waterproof headset?), so anyway, the day was not all about what I didn't do... I mean, how could it be?...

I just don't have the time to write and do other things that I would like to have... and there's Precious ordering Italian food and asking me to help her decide what to order for her dad and do I want any and I really did not want a will power test again... or a distraction (since her dad went to bed, she wants me to watch The Breakfast Club with her)... wait, the positive news is the kitchen is clean (and I guess the plan for keeping it clean is they'll order in food instead of cooking, huh?... well, if it works)... now she's searching for the remote and wants help...

I checked email and realized I have another complaint (I love the laughter that produces somewhere inside me)... the commercialism of our culture is truly amazing and rather annoying at times... like when I realize that the biggest obstacle to finding friends and communicating online is not time constraints or any fears of trust, but the flood of junk mail advertising that overwhelms any email address and swallows any mail sent to me that is not known and filtered into a "friends" mailbox before it arrives...
