2006 Candor Communications

2006-11-06 - 2:11 a.m.

BOO!

ok, late for Halloween, but still around... the primary babbling file has 45 pages (it's a Word file, 0.5 inch margins on all sides, 8pt Arial font, single spaced, for the detail oriented among us) and there are a few other notepad files with rambles too, so there is life in black and white going on (in literary and in figurative forms) behind the candoor... I just haven't had time for uploading...

and while trying to keep in touch in my intended-to-be-brief RealTime blog, I seem to be babbling (just can't keep a rambling babbler down, ya know?) so you can get a more personalized fix of ramble over there if you find you are still going through withdrawals after all this time (bless you, my little babble-addicts)... and another reason I have not found time for here is I am slightly addicted to myspace (if you are on myspace, add me) where I am blogging for the masses and friends who found me there (at least one I've not seen in almost twenty years)... but ultimately, my primary time-consumer is music... the concert schedule can be found, oh heck, I'll just put it here instead of linking it:

that's about as up to date as possible for the moment and it includes some of the shows and other activities and some possibles that I am not absolutely sure I am going to because I don't have tickets and might need a little sleep before the end of the year and since I am working day shift now (did I mention that?) and going out all the nights listed above, there's a whole lot less time for me online (and since I have not found the one or a local offline friend or offline social life or even some frivolous steamy hot passion here on the internet, I've decided to enjoy life offline all by myself until some compatible others come along...

but no worries here, for the rambling (as in writing) continues and any day now dozens of entries will suddenly appear to be greatly ignored by the masses and even most of you who don't really want to make time to read tens of thousands of words even if you had time (hey, being realistic is allowed now and then, ya know?)... and this realistic-ness only makes the fact that some of you do make time to read everything all the more special and precious to me... I mean, if everybody read everything it wouldn't be all that special, now would it?...

shhhh, we'll let ego continue thinking there are thousands, millions, even, endless throngs of adoring fans flooding the internet with pings and searches for me, sending me love letters and underwear and naked pictures of themselves making love to me in the mail, and you know, generally fawning over me like I am some super-hero movie star best selling novelist rock star...

meanwhile, I hope you are enjoying your life and doing what you want to do... while email has been crashing for me more and more with this old computer, you know you can reach me by phone if you want to talk and if you tell me you are coming to Orlando, I will clear a day or night to get together with you... music, movies, theme parks, beaches, theatre, and many other sort of activities interest me... dinner or a walk in a park... I'll be doing these things more and more from now on and you are welcome to join me (especially if you've read me and related to something I wrote... or even if you are just an adorable groupie who wants to stroke my... ego or something)...

seriously, I hope you feel hugged because I do when I know you are out there caring and I am here caring about you even when I am not uploading words... I noticed there is some problem with comments to the last entry (hopefully that's a temporary thing and not some permanent glitch or hack or something)... I love you for leaving comments and if you left one to the previous entry I hope you leave another because I can't see the previous entry comments at the moment and I do want to get to your page and say thank you eventually...

I'll leave you with the words of Harry Chapin for now, hoping you relate as I do:

all my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown
the moon rolls thru the nighttime, till the daybreak comes around
all my life's a circle, but I can't tell you why
season's spinning round again, the years keep rollin' by

it seems like I've been here before, I can't remember when
but I have this funny feeling, that we'll all be together again
no straight lines make up my life, and all my roads have bends
there's no clear-cut beginnings, and so far no dead-ends

I found you a thousand times, I guess you've done the same
but then we lose each other, it's like a children's game
as I see you here again, a thought runs through my mind
our love is like a circle, let's go 'round one more time.

all my life's a circle, sunrise and sundown
the moon rolls thru the nighttime, till the daybreak comes around
all my life's a circle, but I can't tell you why
season's spinning round again, the years keep rollin' by

see you real soon... J
