2004-04-20 - 10:11 p.m. this is yesterday's entry I really didn't have time to write an entry yesterday and don't really have time to write an entry today which is why today's entry was a little rushed if you noticed and this entry, which is yesterday's entry, is appearing after today's entry, which would be the last entry... just look at the date-time stamp to be more or less confused than you already are, if you like... tomorrow (which would have been today, except by virtue of the time date stamp, even though it's the previous entry), I intend to go to the library to pick up Stephen King's Wolves Of The Calla and drop off some CDs and books and renew others and pick up some more CDs cuz I intend to finish the fourth in the Dark Tower series tonight at work (which of course was last night, but would have been tonight had I had time to write this entry last night, hence the plan to go to the library tomorrow, which was actually today, but would have been tomorrow had I had the time to write this entry yesterday when it would have been today, yesterday)... this might toss a monkey barrel into my sleep schedule, which is already somewhere off this week and erp... erpp... errrpp... Precious just walked in to talk about why her dad is not awake cuz he said he'd be awake an hour ago and she has to talk to him about something important and she's trying to figure out if she's going to be late for something if he does not get the message tonight and she doesn't think leaving him a note will work because he's kind of absent minded and doesn't always find or read notes even when they are taped to his forehead (ok, slight exaggeration, but only slight) so this entry will take a turn it wasn't intending on taking since I am close to late for work and Precious is staring and moping about her dad not being awake and she fell asleep on the bus today (which would be tomorrow, if you follow the timeline of this entry) cuz she has been trying to stay awake to get some dad attention and necessary parental type stuff for school and life and such so I suggested she wake five minutes earlier in the morning to give herself enough time to call her dad (who will be at work) and explain the things she needs and the time frames she needs them in and hopefully she will not confuse yesterday with today or tomorrow as you might by the time this entry is digested, huh?)... and my shouting to her in her room seems to have stirred the dad body (whether his mind is awake or not is debatable, dontcha just love the guy?) out of his slumbers and he stumbled to the kitchen to get some Diet Pepsi and then to the bathroom, but I think her heard Precious talk about CDs that are due at the library tomorrow (she didn't have them ready today when I was going... I kinda think she want's her dad's attention which is understandable... I just wish he paid more attention to her, her needs, and the mess they leave in the kitchen but that's another story and this entry was not going to be about anything in particular, though he did notice the large bowl of dried up rice on the counter which Precious will not put into one of my containers so it can sit in the firdge until it grows rainbow of mold and needs to be thrown in the garbage and scrubbed or thrown out... sometimes some people's logic is amazing)... g'night roomies, sweet dreams... now where were we?... ah yes, writing yesterday's entry about tomorrow today, which is today, which clearly demonstrates the relativity of time... and staying awake for the library just might play havoc with my already haphazard sleep time and after the gym today (note the date stamp) I was super tired and fell right to sleep without even sitting in the big green chair, no less reading or writing anything or doing anything else, and I think that's cuz the body is adjusting to new energy levels (and age, since I clocked another year on the odometer recently) and maybe even a slight kidney/UTI infection as I've been feeling bubbling back there (and in other places) and yesterday my sleep was interrupted way too much by the need to pee (which is information you'll need for your next major exam, sure) which is also why fatigue was more of a factor than usual but it could also be related to my need for extra protein (and distaste for most meats) what with my increased working out and taxing of muscle tissues, so I must focus on what I eat and on healing inside and on getting enough rest and maintaining the workouts... and then there's Friday when I must work a sixteen hour shift which will cut right through my workout time and throw an unscheduled rest day into my mix which stinks cuz it's timing is poor cuz I'm likely to stay awake all Friday night and be too exhausted to workout on no sleep in two days on Saturday and might even work Saturday night for some strange reason and so my workout schedule could get all screwed up and in the past I tend to slack off and miss a week or more when I miss a few days in a row so I'm just warning myself now that this possibility is coming so that when and if it comes I do not act all surprised and frustrated and whiney and let the depressive lethargies and apathies and compacencies and the nobody-loves-me-not-really-cuz-look-nobody-hugs-me-right-here-and-now suck me under it's dark dreary spell... there, now that we're prepared... whenever now might be...
