ok, fatigue is a natural high, this is for certain... especially when the body is in good condition, in fact, the better the physical condition of the body, the higher the fatigue high... there may even be a positive/negative scale relating to the feeling of fatigue in that there is a middle level of fitness at which fatigue is numbing sleepiness and below that level fatigue leads to depression and self-indulgent (sometimes self-destructive) habits and above that middle level of fitness fatigue becomes a positive inspirational high... I've always know this, even as I rediscover it for the first time all over again right now...

I jammed the middle finger on the left hand tonight... it's a nagging pain that will probably be worse when I wake and try to bend my finger... being at work and being engrossed in the final fifty pages of the fifth book of the Dark Tower series (did I mention I ordered the sixth book and I'm eleventh on the list so I should get the book in the first batch?... happy camper, hoping it is released soon... I also ordered The Da Vinci Code and a bunch more CDs, though I have not bought the CD-burner yet and I just took a look at my bank account and it's scared me cuz it's gone down another few thousand dollars (that would be more than five thousand total) since Rasputin and Precious moved in... change, now... anyway, where were we?... oh yes, the middle finger), I did not go get ice, but I did keep it bend and elevated... just what I needed, an excuse not to do upper body work... me and me are going to have to have a talk with myself again...

I am ready for bed now... no, the gym will wait another day... I am not even checking if they finished it and opened it... I am not eating either, just crashing as soon as I finish rambling on here and the only reason I am rambling on here is I had to made a deposit in the porcelean bank... did I ever mention that I used to have a book of writing called BOTTS?... Babbles on the Toilet Seat, in case you were wondering... that's where I wrote the once famous Bathroom of My Dreams (lyrics to the tune of an old Neil Sedaka song called You Mean Everything To Me, beautiful melody)... it was a big hit on the phone one day, but was never printed and was lost before it was saved... cold cruel computer world, it would have been an instant classic...

anyway, it is now time for me to blissfully give into fatigue and enjoy the rest (so rarely do I do this, it is a very special treat so I fall asleep in wondrous excitement)... yes, it's a strange world I live in, but I don't think I could have nearly as much fun in anybody else's...
