2005-11-13 - 10:32 p.m. sentimental journeys well, y'all must have been busy or away this weekend (yes, I'm apparently going south, what with the word y'all emerging from my consciousness)... most of you missed yesterday's entry according to the numbers of visitors, but that's ok cuz it's still there and still has many links very worth visiting so go explore if you want to meet cool new people and have fun... what?... you didn't miss it?... you just browse in stealth mode?... well, if you can fool the Diaryland server's stats collectors, you must be good... you should be working for the government looking for weapons of mass destruction or something... I think they have some in the sewers of New York City... but don't tell the FBI because they aren't looking for them... they are trying to find the CIA, who got lost looking for the BBC, who's been absorbed by a wonderful Monty Python's Flying Circus marathon all weekend, and so have I... and for those of you, like me, had a quiet weekend at home with time to wander the web and be absorbed by a wonderful Monty Python's Flying Circus marathon, well... thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed yourself doing whatever you were doing as much as propriety allows... in fact, the hell with propriety, go for it... whatever it is... dear Sippy for being your precious self, I thank you... and also for the challenge to lay my hearts on the table... I'm touched, and not just in the head... one day soon I will see it this computer can handle whatever is going on at the OCTOGON and let you know if I can play there... until then, as for me, I'm still floating out on an ocean of my imagination (with some assistance from the internet) and feeling peaceful... a peaceful easy feeling, in fact... lizards breath, however do they do it?... I didn't forget the entries I promised for the past week... they are still awaiting a bit of expansion and then upload and I'll slip them in during this upcoming week when you least expect it and tease you about all the entries you missed by blinking when you should have been staring... who likes being stared at?... and the subtle adoration that only you can give, naturally, because, after all, who wants unnatural subtle adoration?... moving along (unless you actually want to respond and communicate and I love it when you do), I found more music... imagine my excitement... I know, I'm such a novice music geek online... I don't have the high falooting windows or macs or anything that can handle much multimedia and so I'm years behind... I have no idea how to use any of the multimedia software, music or or video or photo for that matter... heck, I've never even played with a digital camera or an mp3 player... but I can click and download and do that lots (I've got gigabytes of images on zip disks somewhere in storage... yes, storage again... stop laughing, it's sad... yes, I'm telling myself to stop laughing at me... I suppose you want to laugh too, huh?)... and now, with a few gigabytes of space on this desktop, I'm starting to download some music... and beat the indie drum is almost too good to be true... so much music I don't know, so much to learn, so many new experiences... excuse me whilst I have a musical orgasm... meanwhile, running the gammut from yin to tang I've discovered, once again, that there are more websites in the realm of my interests than there is time or mind in my head to explore... sentenced to write explains how easy and enjoyable it is to forget to be selfish about writing time and lose one's self in other fun endeavors... but we must escape, after all, from the repetitive jargon of modern society in order to find our own voice... yay Fred... once I saw that Fred was also doomed to rock, I fell in love, naturally... even if sippy and lingo were not his favorites, he'd be on my way-too-long-to-actually-accomplish list of places to visit each day... now I am not one for prejudices or stereotypes, but when I think of the British I do not think of Californians... I mean, as a group, or perhaps just by reputation, their overall demeanors are kind of opposite... laid-back is seldom how we refer to the English... given that stretch I can follow up by saying no wonder so many Brits seem jittery... ok, so I'm sitting here minding my own business (right) when I find myself thinking what a marvelous night for a moonbat and as if there isn't enough fun to be had with igod, I now can offer you, dear readers, right here behind the candoor, for your chatting pleasure, your own semi-personalizable rantbot:
I suppose I should warn my humorless ultra conservative readers (do I have any?... surely to return here to read more you must have a sense of humor no matter what your political or social leanings might be)... and don't look now but you might find the autorantic virtual moonbat over on my side bar since it's definitely one of my latest temporary attractions... you can't chat with the sidebar bot, but it'll just start ranting on it's own when it gets bored, which should wake a few of us up... the moonbats are brought to us by Sean Gleeson (who is appropriately names as I find myself with much glee since finding his site, cuz I've got one of those sense of humor things everybody's been talking about lately)... I'm also impressed by the Gleeson Blogomerate, which appears to be a family operation that must be commended by everyone, even the religious right who are, after all, all about family values... newest cliche: the family that blogs together (you know)...
more in the morning, must run out to work now... you are all loved, always, and tonight, especially you J
