wonderful, music... I wish I would randomly find more musical recommendations (not quite as wonderful as finding random CDs in my mail and I again bow down to worship those of you who have sent some) as I am clicking through banners and random links... the creative muses require music as a fish requires water, as a moth requires light and heat, as a kaleidescope requires light and eyes to see... and much more... Fleetwood Mac plays at the moment, Say You Will (new to me, from 2003, so says the CD booklet)... the nasal tones of Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham reach back to the roots of my introduction to the magical doorways music can be (back to the early 70s LP BuckinghamNicks and as some of the greatest performering groups still do, they continue to defy time)... seeing Christine listed as among additional performers leaves me a bit akilter, but atfer Rumours any personnel adjustments among the five original members of the most permanent of the F-Mac lineups (remember the ones Mick put together before?... do you know your musical roots?), should come as no great surprise... it was the Buck-Nicks addition that formed the sound of the band as it is known best anyway... I think what startled me most was the shadow of the thought that Christine might have died... good to see she has not... and good to fall back through this musical doorway once again...

and as if my wish was made to be granted, I click another banner and find more music to explore...

and still listening to F-Mac, I am wondering what the sound of Come (track #9, for those who enjoy the irony) reminds me of... it almost seems like such a unique conglomeration of ancient sounds and modern music that it might be something new... for wailing guitar lovers, it is shivery... and the catch-line, as haunting a curse as I've heard in recent years, is just as chilling... think of me, sweet darling, everytime you don't come...

still continuing as you read, still keeping the faith...

and as I am feeling the buds of an explosion surge up from the depths I am distracted by so many obstacles, for the DLand server is suddenly not allowing me to get to others sites and the delays kill the creative flow and then the door opens and in walks someone who does not live here, but Rasputin must have given her a key without telling me, which is not a cool thing to do as the person might have gotten hurt fumbling with the door if I was not sitting here with headphones and was up with a weapon waiting for the door to be opened (oh, the drama, huh?), but that is the nature of living with humans who don't often look (or consider anything) beyond their own noses (as the living conditions demonstrate too effectively)...

besides, it's time to change the CD...

so I will be back when the servers cooperate with whatever magic is left...
