41. It's only cool to keep pets if you treat them as equals. Yes, yes, a THOUSAND times YES! And my fuzzies agree. I loved your whole list, my Candoor. I'll comment on more of it soon. I just had to thank you for #41 - people sometimes don't get why I don't hold Oscar and Felix. I WANT to hold them, they're tiny, soft and freakin' adorable. But they don't ENJOY it. I love and respect the animals I share my life with, and I would *never* take advantage of my physical size and higher-primate abilities (for lack of a better term) to force my will on them.

Man, I loved this entry. I think you are a remarkable individual and I got a much better sense of who you are. I now understand the point of these 101 things. You are refreshing. Thank you for sharing, it was great.

Yeah,I have read the Celestine Prophecies, and I think you id NOT miss out when you havent read them! Boring and superfluous, meaningless they are. Cynicism IS negative, and:you want to be popular.

I loved this list; I too feel I know you more than I did. So many things I was thinking, heyyeah me too. Some things I thought ooppsnot close. But hey, gives for great debate, and makes you unique. Those books are awesome I have read them all. I just sent "Illusions" by Richard Bach to my son. I love your take on the animal kingdomtreat them as equal's. You are an awesome and intriguing person, so glad I found your diary in the sea of thoughts, words, and rambles here at Diary land. Thank you for sharing you with us, Sandyz

Oooh, baby. Think of yourself as fine perfume (or whiskey, if you'd prefer) - the whole plant is fragrant, but it's not until you squeeze the stem that the true sublime sweet essence is distilled. (Oh, slap me. Hard.) As William said, "...let not winters wragged hand deface, In thee thy summer ere thou be distil'd: Make sweet some viall; treasure thou some place, With beautits treasure ere it be selfe kil'd..." Smoochypies, baby. Love, R xxx

o mi gosh... I think this is the most comments I ever got without counting me... you dear sweet wonderful people (I'm cheering :)

Nicole, I know first hand how beautiful your heart is and I was thinking of you when I wrote #41... hey, maybe after EMT school you'll wanna be a Vet? (you'd be the best :)

Pf, I'll explain whatever you don't understand if I can... I'm not out to confuse you... unless, of course, you like being confused :)

willowfox, happy to see the 101 things worked for you... now maybe you can explain who I am to Pf... and to me too :)

Pf #2, wow, a sequel... the irony of the book is the almost infallable logic that says if you don't understand it, then you've not reach a level of understanding that allows you to understand it and there's no explanation that can explain it to you until you can explain it to yourself and are ready to understand it... or something like that... circular logic at it's best... of course that may not be the point of the story or why the author wrote it, but it's still amusing to me :)

clipchick, thanks so much for leaving your mark here... I loved your fairy tale :)

Sandyz, wow, what do I say... for me, connections are what matter... I believe everything is opinion and the more agreements people can find along the way, the closer people are... there may never be a 100% agreement between any two people, but a few key points of agreement is all it takes for trust to develop into friendship... your focus on the positive inspires me to believe in you all the more :)

moo, I just love it when you gush (there can never be too much love... and you do it so well, it brings happy tears to my eyes :)

sippy, dear adorable video wonder of the internet (ok, I'll stop shmoozing now), it took a few hours on and off on two nights... about half the first night and half the second... hissy asked and when hissy asks, well, she has her ways of getting what she wants... I had to leave out a bunch so a sequel seems to be inevitable, eventually :)

hissy, my one and only silver tongued barnyard dream, I see you truly know your way around plants as only a girl who knows how to blossom can... real good escape into the ol' Bard before we scorched our fingers there... you're such a she-devil, which is just one of the reasons I love ya :)

and anyone else coming by anytime after this comment, well, don't let the familiarity or silliness stop you, join right in and have your say... there must be something you either love or hate about me after this, tell me about it :)

What? Of course I UNDERSTOOD that stupid book. Hey,no,seriously, did you think it was that professional? I would never sport that book. Well,I mean, maybe you read it from a different angle than I,maybe you found something in it! And I didnt.I mean,if it inspired you...then I guess it was worth reading it. *I* didnt think it was good-but that doesnt mean that one cant enjoy it!! I guess. I think it was goofy,I think the theories, the visions, were clumsy. I also just read such a thin book called like that. So,I very much hated it,but, well, you still could enjoy it! Who knows! I guess tastes are different, well,or yours is just weird!! Which is fine by me of course.

With the first thing, yeah,I just meant:I understood nothing, you have to repeat it all over again!!! Like, stuff about you,you know, when you think youre telling so much about yourself or showing so much-ahh,I dont feel like this at all! You have to start the lesson all over again,I know nothing about you,I didnt get anything, you told it too fast or whatever,or in your cryptic speech or whatever,I didnt notice anything. I dont know, maybe,I guess you have to give me bigger hints, you know, not such small hints, but really visible ones, that are right in front of my eye and I cant miss!
